This weeks Photo Challenge is: Pattern
Patterns are everywhere, whether its in a piece of clothing, a creative banner of even a embellishment in furniture. However, to me patterns not just about their clear identity. I believe the subtle patterns which together create a beautiful place, image or photo is mesmorising.
I took this photo on the London Eye. In terms of Patterns, I immediately noticed the versatile shapes and sizes. Each pattern was linked to one another to create a scene. The Buildings sharp corners, straight lines and repetition with the windows, all add to create a large pattern. Likewise, the props and objects within the frame are beautifully absorbed. For example, the curvy bridge, soft skyline, monopoly style boats and construction work in the background.
a myriad of patterns.
Indeed! Thanks for commenting 🙂
